From a young age, I was that weird little kid who talked to trees, loved being barefoot, and felt super connected to something bigger. I just knew I was here to do something meaningful.

But then… life happened.
The noise got louder, the expectations got heavier, and that inner spark? Yeah, it dimmed for a while.

Until April 2016, when I experienced a miscarriage at 8½ weeks—a heartbreak that cracked me open and sent me spiraling... and searching. That loss became the turning point that led me back to myself.

🌀 From Rock Bottom to Radical Alignment

In that raw, emotional space, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a Holistic Health Coach. I started healing my relationship with food, learned how to actually listen to my body, and fell headfirst into the magical (and slightly addictive) wellness rabbit hole.

Then came yoga—thank you, Yoga with Adriene—which became my lifeline. I trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini, and studied with incredible humans like Guru Singh, Brett Larkin, Gabby Bernstein, and Jessica Howard. Somewhere along the way, I also got certified in Atlantean Quantum Healing (because, why not go cosmic with it?), and found deep healing for the depression and anxiety that had been haunting me.

✨ Today, I’m Living Proof that Healing is Possible

Not the Pinterest-perfect, green-juice-in-a-Mercedes kind of healing. I’m talking real, gritty, messy, beautiful, human healing.

I still have ups and downs—because hi, I’m not a robot—but I now have tools that help me come back to center with love, intention, and a whole lot of herbs, breathwork, and playlists.
